Under the direction of the Ventura County Board of Supervisors, our department collaborates with the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA), the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), the  California Department of Pesticide Regulation (CDPR), citizens, and other stakeholders. We are committed to serving our stakeholders by balancing commerce with regulatory requirements. As we navigate the evolving landscape of agriculture, we strive to meet public needs while practicing responsible environmental stewardship.
